Home » The Line: Angelus Arc (Parts 1-2)

The first two parts of the finale arc of Pendant Productions: The Line are all about increasing the tension and right before the solstice. First, Cindy is possibly pregnant. That’s not really a spoiler, because it’s in the episode’s description. Moving along, I’m going to have to try my best not to criticize too harshly, seeing as the series had to be cut short due to Chris Brittain’s step down as the writer. I think it was the right decision to make. If there’s one thing I hate it’s when a story keeps going when the characters shouldn’t have another arc thrust upon them. Of course, this is different in serialized fiction, but from what I can remember, the Line was only supposed to be four to five seasons. I was actually cast as a security guard for the third season. But that’s neither here nor there.

Anyway, the story in these first two parts is about upping the angst and conflict between the characters. The members of the Shield of David are slowly drifting apart as the legion’s forces grow stronger. There’s even a betrayal as the greasy gravy on top.
